I hold a Bachelor of Science in Technical Management and am a Certified Scrum Master (CSM). I have over 16 years of servant leadership experience, and have been working in software and game development for over 10 years. I've had the privilege to work for three Fortune 500 organizations and numerous small and medium sized businesses. This diverse background has given me a unique opportunity to learn and experience challenges that enable me implement innovative solutions to solve today's problems.
I've established a Project Management Office, capturing existing processes and weaving in Agile and the PMBOK to create robust, scalable, repeatable processes that bring value to the organization. Leveraging models like Lean Six Sigma and Prosci, I've created change management processes to streamline and optimize process change, while focusing on those most effected by the change. This approach enables me to hone in on the behaviors required to change, to achieve the desired results.
I've been doing change management long enough to know the common pitfalls and mistakes organizations make, even with the best of intentions. My experience and insight helps organizations avoid these mistakes and see true change that achieves the results they are hoping to achieve.
Exceptional skills in business analysis to identify needs and translate those into requirements and technical requirements. Deriving out additional requirements that can be hidden and translate those to actionable user stories.

I work well under pressure and lead teams to produce high-quality work in short periods of time. I have strong interpersonal skills and am an expert on establishing rapport and achieving buy-in.
I have one big career goal left, to accept an award on stage at The Game Awards.
